Divisions
- Accounting Office
The Accounting Office controls allotment of the different colleges, units, offices under UP Diliman. It prepares general payroll of employees, statement of withholding tax and processes disbursement vouchers.
- Budget Office
The Budget Office plans, prepares and assists in the authorization, execution and accountability phases of the budget process in the University and evaluates budgetary implications of all requests for staffing, equipment and maintenance and other operating expenses.
- Cash Office
The Cash Office collects and serves as custodian of revenues and all income of the University; and disburses all payables of the University namely salaries, allowances, honoraria, payment for supplies, equipment, etc.
- Human Resources Development Office
The HRDO advises management on human resource policy and administration including the proper interpretation of Civil Service Law and Rules. It rationalizes the screening, hiring and employee evaluation procedures and processes appointments, salary increases, promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements and all kinds of personnel actions recommended by the different units in the University including requests for staffing, scholarships, trainings and benefits claims.
- Supply and Property Management Office
The SPMO manages and rationalizes the procurement of all supplies, equipment and properties of all units/offices in the University.
- PABX and Utilities Management Team
The Office supervises the operations and maintenance of the PABX, the University's communication network, telephones and radio facilities.
